This screen enables you to set certain aspects of the system to meet your own preference.

General

This section allows you to define the number of pay groups that appear on a Attendance and Expenses status pages.

Notice Timeouts

At various stages EASY produces messages to notify you of items of information, actions that have occurred, warnings or errors.

The fields within this section shows the number of seconds that a message will appear before it automatically disappears. A value of zero seconds means that the message will not disappear automatically, and that you will need to click on the cross in the top right-hand corner of the message box to close the message.

When setting the values for the messages you should set a sufficient delay so that you are able to read the content of the message. For the warning and error messages, it is strongly recommended that the values are set to zero to ensure that you see these particular conditions.
