Creating an Admin Contact

When a user logs in to the EASY system a number of checks are performed. One of these checks is whether there are any contact details present for the EASY System Administrator. If the user that is logging in has been given the Superuser status as part of their user profile, the system will display a warning message if the contact details of the EASY System Administrator are not found.

To enter the details of an EASY System Administrator it will be necessary to add a contact in the EASY directory with 'Admin' as the identifier. It is possible to add the contact details of several people with the 'Admin' identifier, and the list of all Admin contacts will be displayed wherever appropriate.
